    We are looking for a TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER on behalf of a client who is a startup who recently opened a branch in Budapest. If you have at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, you speak fluent English and enjoy working closely with hiring managers to help them implement best hiring practices and influence people then we would like to hear from you!   

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • support the operations team by identifying, attracting and on-boarding talented people 
    • manage and improve the end to end recruitment process 
    • prepare creative job advertisements
    • use different channels in order to attract hard to find candidates
    • provide excellent candidate experience  
    • being involved in exciting new projects (expanding in foreign countries)
    • hire multiple roles across different teams 
    • building strong relationships with hiring managers 
    • strengthen employer branding
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • at least 3 years of recruitment experience gained on the agency side with IT focus
    • experience in designing hiring strategy   
    • agile, quickly adapting personality
    • curious, open-minded, proactive mindset    
    • excellent stakeholder management
    • aiming for high quality service
    • IT tech start up experience is an advantage
