• You will own key processes in the talent acquisition process
• You will support hiring managers and recruiters in selecting and onboarding of new employees
• You will pre-screen CVs
• You will complete core recruiting activities from position creation to requisition
• You will complete first round interviews and job postings
• You will summarize first round interviews to managers
• You will create job offers, conduct round one phone interviews
• You will participate in employer branding activities
• Other duties as request by the direct managers

• You have 3 years of experience relevant to HR
• You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• You have a university degree in Human Resources or related field
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to evaluate CVs and compel job posts
• You can use the following systems: SAP and Successfactor
