Pozíció leírása / Job description- Lead a high-performing team handling sales administration, ensuring optimal resource allocation for efficient operations
- Develop and execute customer contact strategies, contributing to strong customer retention and satisfaction
- Harmonize best practices, create SOPs in compliance with regulatory bodies, and collaborate on streamlined systems and processes
- Oversee compliance with accounting rules and SOX requirements while managing and developing high-performance teams
- Monitor key performance metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and drive order turnaround improvements
- Act as a bridge between customers, manufacturing, sales, and other departments to resolve inquiries and enhance service delivery
- Drive business process improvements, analyzing operational results, and identifying opportunities for enhancing service quality
- 15+ years of related customer service experience, with 8 years in a managerial role preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing a customer care group (order management or Contracts)
- Strong understanding of customer care administration, systems, and reimbursement methodologies
- Demonstrated success in customer and staff management
- Profound operational, problem-solving, and managerial skills
- Expertise in business software including ERP, SAP, Salesforce.com, MS Office, and CRM
- Analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to translate findings into actionable processes that enhance customer support
- Skillful in creating and using dashboards, delivering presentations, and leading, influencing, and motivating direct reports
