Pozíció leírása / Job description- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Actively participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor daily cash balances, transactions, and bank account activities.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop and track budgetary goals.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditor requests.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Keep abreast of accounting regulations and standards, ensuring the company's financial operations adhere to the latest requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Chartered Accountant certification is a plus); CPA certification is a bonus.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of Local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
