- Ensuring that the ambitious KPI targets are met by the team
- Managing and coaching team members
- Setting the team's strategic goals and targets
- Proactively taking part in process improvement initiatives
- Conducting quality assurance reviews to spot trends and improvement opportunities
- Actively participating in the hiring process to help further build the team
- Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver high quaity customer service
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role
- Ability to drive high performance
- Experience in sales/customer retention or any similar field
- Fluency in English
- Proactive attitude and innovative approach
- Experience with scaling a team is an advantage
