Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionAs a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Research new business opportunities, identify and reach out potential clients, implement long-term sales strategies in accordance with the company's business plans
- Business development: proactive execution of sales action plans, direct approach of potential clients
- Account management: support active customers as a main contact point of the company
- Lead generation through professional conferences and trade shows, cold calling, marketing campaigns, networking
- Representation of the company on client meetings and professional events
- Professional consultancy and education of Clients - deep knowledge of the company's products and complex solutions, continuous self-education, active knowledge-share with the international affiliates
- End-to-end sales process management including the first contact to the business agreement - strong involvement in Clients' needs assessments, personalized offering process, Client negotiations and Contracting phase
- Sales reporting, KPI tracking and regular presentation of the sales results to the Commercial Director
- Proactive, daily cooperation with other company branches, on local and international levels as well
- Strong and active teamwork within the company's sales department
- BSc or MSc degree, preferably in Business Administration
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and Hungarian, active business language knowledge
- Excellent, assertive communication skills, proactive, problem-focused approach
- Great business and sales skills, keen on selling complex solutions, not only products
- Loyal and self-committed approach, eager to learn and to grow in the position
- Category "B" driver's licence
