Pozíció leírása / Job description

Areas of responsibility:
- Enter the orders received via e-mail into SAP within 2 hours after receiving
- Check orders received online
- In case of any problem, inform Sales department and customer
- Provide information to the customers about open orders, order status, allocated stock and possible delivery time on daily basis
- Monitor the selling price, in case of difference manage price correction on order level
- Monitor the Customer Master data
- Provide order and delivery information to sales representatives and stock information to ambassadors
- Check and manage allocation in dedicated report
- Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery
- Complete sales order process till created delivery
- Communicate with EEDC (East European Distribution Center) and 3PL (Third Party Logistic) responsible
- Handle the complaints and requests of customers, forward them to the relevant departments


Elvárások / Requirements

Person specifications:
- min. BA/BSC degree
- 2-3 years experience in relevant position
- Intermediate English and native Hungarian knowledge is a must
- Organised way of working
- Good analytical skills
- Reliable, motivated, good attention to details
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Costumer service focus
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point), experience in SAP is an advantage
- Ability to meet high level of expectations
