We are looking to hire experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our new team in Budapest.


Pozíció leírása / Job description

- Build and maintain a strong and trustworthy relationship
with our customers
- Create and manage customer orders with extra care and
- Plan the transportation of products with creativity, work
together with logistics companies
- Work on intercompany orders with our international team
- Initiate and follow-up on deliveries of products from
terminals/warehouses to customers
- Prepare and check required documents necessary for
transport, customs, shipping
- Follow up payment behavior and manage invoicing

Elvárások / Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a complex, end-to-end
customer care role
- Fluent English (B2) and Italian (C1 or C2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Outstanding customer orientation and passion for
- Self-motivated attitude, eagerness for continous
- Solid SAP knowledge is welcome
