- managing end-to-end processes
- keeping contact with all stakeholders of the process: clients, colleagues, employees
- maintaining good relationship with specific teams within the company
- managing incoming calls, answering the occuring questions
- helping employees in the company in connection with HR issues
- managing the administration of the colleagues' lifecycle at the firm
- providing technical support for clients or colleagues
