Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Perform and support of local Accounting activities:
• All statutory accounting records are maintained in accordance with best accounting practice, legal requirements and group standard
• Management of Receivables, Payables and FA processes (incl write offs)
• GL accounts maintenance
• Responsible for booked provisions
• Responsible for booked invoices for services and FA and control of supporting documentation
• Responsible for assets under construction and payments on account
• Ensure proper process of control over the accounting entries of the service provider
• Ensure correct booking of the invoices – correct accounts, cost center, WBS elements
• Review and updating off accounting procedures and manuals
• Support for the whole inventory process (starting from scheduling the FS inventories to write off decisions), including development and implementing technical solution for asset counting
• Support Finance projects and processes management in the company
• Reporting
• Prepare group reporting packages in accordance with OMV Group Reporting requirements and in line with OMV Accounting Manual
• Responsible for the quality of accounting and reporting data
• Perform and support of the local reporting package preparation
• Reporting to the local Statistical authorities
• Preparation of reports for the National Authorities
• Provide statistical, accounting and financial information to internal and external customers as required
• Responsible for preparing various reports and analyses to be submitted to business and other entities
• Substitution of tax expert in daily and monthly tasks


Elvárások / Requirements

• At least 3-4 years spent in a similar position
• Fluent in spoken and written Hungarian
• Language skills: business English - fluent in writing and speaking
• Computer literacy: MS Office, Internet, Outlook
• Sense of IT system operations with a special focus on reporting systems
• Preferred technical background
• Flexibility, assertiveness, self-activity and reliability
• Very good communication, negotiation skills and persuasiveness
• Good organizational skills
• Experienced as project leader
