We build a new finance business service center in Budapest.
Our partner is the global leader in the design and development of taste and scent experiences, enjoyed in thousands of products sold around the world.

The Global Service Center is located in Budapest in the inner-city at the new Mill Park facility.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Matching a variety of payment types with invoices,
• Matching deductions with available back up, remittance advice and post per defined procedures
• Performing daily cash reconciliation audit, matching daily incoming cash with total posted,
• Balancing cash received/ paid at month end, taking responsibility for applying all open cash items before accounts receivables close for the prior period
• Maintaining and reporting on all relevant statistics for cash applications, such as percentage of cash auto-applied and turn-around time for processing wire/ lockbox. Task may include the assembly of both routine and ad-hoc reports based on business need
• Researching overpayments and outstanding credit memos
• Suggesting process improvements where possible
• Working following the South American time-zone (13.00-22.00 o’clock)


Elvárások / Requirements

• Excellent English and good Spanish language skills, both verbal and written
• Preferable 2 years of relevant experience
• A good understanding of general accounting processes
• University degree
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
• A good understanding of an ERP (SAP ECC) system experience advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast paces environment while maintaining accuracy and providing top notch customer service
• Great customer service is essential
• Being a team player with a can-do-mentality
• Critical thinking is a must
• Certified Lean Six Sigma is advantageous
