We are looking for an AP Team Leader on behalf of our SSC client.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Communication responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate reconciliation of the AP data to the GL.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Prepare ad-hoc regular analysis for the Management
  • Conducts regular meetings with Entities
  • Plays an important role as second level escalation contact point


Continuous Improvement Responsibilities

  • Updates/develops scorecard analyses
  • Prepares gap analysis
  • Identifies root causes
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities
  • Leads and Supports improvement projects


People Management Responsibilities

  • Supervises the day to day work of the RTP Team
  • Tracks direct report’s development and updates their skill matrix
  • Creates personal carrier plans
  • Regularly has one-to-ones with team members and group meetings
  • Coaches, motivates and supports team members for their continuous improvement
  • Identifies training needs and works with SME-s to provide required trainings to team members
  • Reviews workload and assists management for identifying additional workforce needs or surplus
  • Interviews candidates and takes part in evaluation process
  • Regularly ad-hoc reports people management related issues to RTP Leadership
  • Regularly provides performance reviews to RTP Leadership
  • Cooperates with HR and RTP Leadership for developing and monitoring training plans and their completeness in a given time frame.


Operational tasks

  • Receive Invoices via Mail
  • Receive Electronic Invoices
  • Enter Invoice Information
  • Perform Matching (Two- & Three-Way)
  • Process Non-PO Invoices, Freight Transactions, Travel & Expense Transactions
  • Process System & Express Check Payments, Treasury Payments, Payment Maintenance, Debits & Credits, Travel & Expense Direct Deposit Transactions, Intercompany Netting, Monthly and Year-end tax forms
  • Identify & Resolve Invoice, Matching and Payment Discrepancies
  • Perform Reconciliations (e.g., Daily, Period, Yearly)
  • Fulfill Customer (i.e., internal and external) Service Inquiries

Elvárások / Requirements

  • BA degree
  • Fluent English
  • French/Polish/German language knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong AP knowledge
  • SAP or PeopleSoft is an advantage
  • Excel knowledge
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • People management is an advantage
