The Global Service Center is located in Budapest in the inner-city at the new Mill Park facility.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Delivering excellence in alignment with strategy, focusing on efficiency, productivity & quality,
• Lead all the P2P teams to deliver the required service,
• Ensure that service levels are in line with SLAs and governance procedures,
• Transformation and Innovation, acting in line with IFF strategic initiatives,
• Ensuring compliance to all internal and external regulatory / legal control and reporting requirements,
• Initiates and follows up with process automation,
• Creating the Business Continuity Plan,
• Oversees all sub-processes and ensures successfull (system) audits,
• Escalates significant issues requiring senior management intervention and ensuring all client escalations have a positive outcome,
• Ensure strong collaboration by holding regular meetings with all stakeholders amongst with Procurement.

• Ensuring a proper onboarding of new joiners,
• Developing talent through coaching – mentoring and training,
• Creating a high performance team by increasing motivation, providing strong leadership and ensuring a customer service focus.

Elvárások / Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Accounting,
• Fluent English language knowledge both in verbal and written,
• Min. 6 years of relevant experience in Finance, at least 3 years in a people managerial role,
• Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable processes,
• A good working knowledge of ERP systems,
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel,
• Outstanding People Management skills, can-do mentality,
• Lead by example – act as a role model,
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
