Pozíció leírása / Job description

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • The P2P Manager is responsible for managing and over-seeing end to end service delivery of Procure to Pay (P2P) function
  • Lead the P2P and sub-processes (procurement service, invoice processing, payment processing, etc) in order to ensure an efficient, effective, and cost-effective service
  • Maintain and build a strong partnership with various business partners to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction among internal and external customers
  • Establish and agree on key performance targets and financial budgets in the short and long term in order to optimize business performance and maintain the effectiveness of payments and procurement with set objectives.
  • Drive,  execute, coordinate, any activities which are asked by the Global Finance, Procurement, or by the  SSC Director
  • Ensure the P2P process has the required financial controls that are compliant with SOX, other regulatory and company policies requirements, and maintain the controlled environment. 
  • Also, make sure process documentation is in place and up to date. 
  • Keep the agreed KPIs and targets
  • Review and challenge existing policies and processes to ensure they are compliant and fit for purpose in providing exceptional customer service and accurately record and track procurement and payment processing.
  • Support the transformation of the function, by playing an active role in Organisation restructuring, change management, and deployment of governance frameworks.

  • Recruit, motivate, and develop both professional and management teams across all layers in order to maximize flexibility and effectiveness and promote positive team working 
  • Manage the employee lifecycle (Recruitment, Immersion, Target Setting and Evaluation, Career Plans) and support the individual growth and development
  • Develop and grow strong relationships and communications internally and externally to ensure alignment of expectations and to develop efficiencies where possible.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • College or University degree in Finance 
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large teams (minimum a team of 30-50)
  • 3 + years of experience in a similar role (P2P Manager background is mandatory)
  • Experience in both Core Industry and Shared Services is important
  • Strong understanding of finance and business drivers 
  • Thorough experience in end to end P2P execution and process improvement, 
  • Fluent English knowledge is required, any additional European language is a plus
  • ERP knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage a team to develop
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Have the ability to manage change – understand concepts of change management with demonstrated capabilities
  • Prove record of the ability to lead, train, coach, evaluate and mentor high performing teams
  • Good team player as part of the senior leadership team for the company

The Procure to Pay (P2P) Manager is the primary owner of the end-to-end Procure to pay process with the overall goal of delivering Procure to pay services while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

As a member of the leadership team the Procure to Pay Leader plays a critical role in building the capability and standards of the SSC P2P function and will support its development and sustainability by ensuring service delivery excellence. The P2P Manager will need to work with many different stakeholders directly, thus requiring leaders deeper in the organization to take on enhanced responsibilities.
