Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Create Out of Band Report according to documented process, and send to all Business Units
• Monitor the Out of Band between the Business Units, remind the responsible parties to check and follow up on the Out of Bands
• Analyze the report, and provide feedback to Business Units on reasons of Out of Band and share best practices between different entities
• Prepare and distribute Intercompany AP & AR Reconciliation between affiliates on a global level
• Escalate to Business Units in case there is a mismatch in the subledger balances
• Monitor and communicate/remind Intercompany AR/AP overdues to counterparties
• Follow up and assist issue resolution for Intercompany AR/AP overdues
• Define and communicate requirements for Intercompany customer/vendor setup to Master Data Management Team
• Follow the process regarding changes from 3rd party customer/vendor to Intercompany
• Monitor and approve Intercompany customer/vendor setups
• Monitor and resolve interface posting issues related to Blackline ICH into PeopleSoft and SAP
• Prepare and distribute month end reconciliation between Blackline ICH and ERPs
• Monitor compliance to policy and report non-compliance to relevant parties
• Upload and Archive Equipment Lease contracts in Manhattan system
• Perform daily on equipment leases in Manhattan system: new lease entry, lease adjustment, lease cancellation, lease termination, control report creation
• Perform regular and ad hoc reporting from Manhattan system
• Identify and escalate interface errors in cooperation with Business Unit, Functional support and IT if necessary
• Participate in process improvement projects as well as standardize and streamline the core processes

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Shared Service concept and process understanding
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) user experience
• English and Hungarian language expertizes
• Ability to communicate with different levels people (Business requestors, CSS Operations receivers, IT analysts)
• Analytical problem solving skills
• Customer focused
• Team player
• Ability to prioritize work
• Functional Finance system knowledge of SAP and/or PeopleSoft is an advantage
• BlackLine system knowledge is an advantage
