The Enterprise Application Support Analyst analyses and manages the operational support activities for agreed applications and customer base. He or she ensures process rigor and audit requirements are met, maintained and improved. Moreover, the EAS Analyst provides ongoing assessment of existing services, system, processes and controls to identify, recommend and implement necessary improvements to ensure data quality and support growth related to strategic initiatives. He or she ensures quality work is migrated into our client’s Production Environment for systems under his or her management.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Case management: Provide end-to-end functional support, case handling and root cause resolution for break/fix support cases/tickets for applications supported by EAS. Manage EAS queues to ensure cases are complete within agreed SLA.
• Project participation: Understand project requirements as it relates to EAS support. Manage conflicts, escalate where necessary to resolve and close gaps.
• System integration: Manage receivership for integration activities for acquisitions including participation on integration teams, assessment of mass data uploads, tools and approach for deployment. Identify timelines and related milestones for integration activities, etc.
• Work with all levels of the organization to complete work.
• Ensure process, policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a shared services environment and projects
• A general understanding of financial processes and ERPs (Oracle PeopleSoft and/or SAP MDM)
• Experience using MS Office Applications
• Customer focused. Dedicated to meeting the needs and acts with the customer in mind
• Strongly analytical mindset
• Cross-cultural sensitivity
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Controls and audit experience is desired
• International/Global experience is an advantage
