Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Contribute to corporate communication plans and projects
• Draft content (e.g. press releases) for mass media, company website and the on-going education campaign
• Organize initiatives and plan events, press conferences, background discussions
• Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements, etc.
• Assist in media trips (booking, agenda, keep contact with journalists and organizers in HQ)
• Assist relationships with advocates and key persons
• Media monitoring, prepare reports / updates for management
• Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors
• Collaborate with commercial team to insure aligned communication and co-operation in common projects
• Support internal communication projects (memos, newsletters, publications etc.) and closely work together with HR

Elvárások / Requirements

• Proven experience of 2-3 years in PR/ communication role(s) (agency or corporate side)
• Knowing the Hungarian media landscape and its mechanism
• Obtaining widespread network of press and journalists
• Outstanding communication and copywriting skills both in English and Hungarian
• Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• BSc/BA in public relations, communications, economics or relevant field is an advantage
