Our partner is a prominent and continuously growing organization on the natural gas market in the CEE region. We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Budapest.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• providing legal support for the natural gas wholesale department in the CEE region
• drafting commercial contracts for several entities in the region
• taking part in negotiations and working closely together with commercial and pricing teams
• analyzing changes in the legal regulatory environment and providing solutions to support business activity
• managing ad hoc legal questions regarding labor law matters, vendor contracts

Elvárások / Requirements

• legal bar exam
• advanced English knowledge
• minimum 4-5 years of experience as a legal counsel or as an attorney at an international organization
• massive experience in the energy sector is a must
• solid knowledge and understanding of energy law and commercial law
• confidence in working independently and providing strategic advice to the business regarding commercial matters
• resilience and dynamism, ability to handle great workload
• experience in the natural gas market is a plus
• as well as time spent at an international law firm
