We are looking for an IT License Management Specialist for ur international client's team, to Eger or Budapest.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Managing the SW lifecycle in your area of response and ensure license compliance;
Providing licensing consultancy and advice to the project management office, enterprise architecture, vendor manager and support team;
Monitoring changes to license terms and conditions (T&Cs), alerting stakeholders to licensing changes that are relevant to them and arranging licensing briefings as appropriate;
Analyzing contractual key figures (e.g. license metrics) and initiate cost reduction
measures;
Identifying and mitigate risks of non-compliance by monitoring the license
inventory/usage and validity of license agreements;

Elvárások / Requirements

3-5 years of experience in an IT or Economics area;
Experience or knowledge in software licensing options and license models of common software providers;
High reliability with great motivation, team spirit and high-quality awareness;
Motivation and willingness to learn;
Fluency in English;

Advantages:

Knowledge of SmartTrack (Aspera), MS SQL, SharePoint, Power BI;
German language knowledge;
