The company is one of the world’s largest providers of comprehensive metal cutting solutions for milling, stationary tools, holemaking and tooling systems. To their expanding team, we are looking for a CRM Technical Support Specialist

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Provide remote global Infolink CRM Server administration for the client:
- Directly reports to the IT Manager Hungary
- Work under the guidance of the Senior Application Analyst
- Ensure the health and availability of the global Infolink servers by using a global monitoring tool, solve issues regarding the domino and replic action services, and generic Windows server issues. Escalate when necessary
- Daily checking the logs of the data processing jobs after they are finished. Resolve discovered issues or escalate to external support
- Work with issues related to Infolink databases, mainly 2nd level cases
- Manage the configuration of the Infolink CRM instances at Seco Tools, based on change requests from the Business
- Ensuring that the data in BI matches the data in InfoLink

Provide remote 1st and 2nd level CRM support for end users at Seco Tools:
- Based in the Hungarian office, provide CRM support to end-users in all subsidiaries of Seco Tools region by using remote access tools and occasional on-site activities
- Accept incoming CRM ServiceDesk calls (ticket system, phone, mail, chat) in English language
- Register incoming cases, escalate to further support level when needed


Elvárások / Requirements

- BSC degree in Information Technology
- 3 years of relevant IT experience
- Previous support experience with CRM systems and relational databases
- Lotus Notes/Domino administration knowledge
- Understanding the structure of relational databases (SQL) is required
- Knowledge of generic Microsoft technologies (Server 200x, Active Directory, SQL, Windows client OS, Office suites) is required
- Understanding of ITIL v3 is preferred
- Fluent English is necessary
- Multinational background is preferred
- Communicative, support-minded personality
