Pozíció leírása / Job description

1. Change management of locally managed software and tools

Activities:
•Receives suggestions for system improvements from users
•Proactively initiates system improvements based on own observations
•Logs all change requests
•Actively evaluates each change request in terms of feasibility, priority and cost/benefit ratio
•Prepares Request For Change (RFC) documents detailing the developments/changes towards external developer company representatives
•Performs or initiates Unit/Integration/User Acceptance Tests of delivered system modifications, developments
•Keeps track of progress of all change requests
•Assists in implementing confirmed developments
•Informs users on system developments via Release Notes

2.Innovation and automatization

Activities:
•Finds innovative solutions for business needs of Management
•Act as a linking pin between the business and IT/developers

3.Development and management of operational and management reports

Activities:
•Receives requests for new reports or modification of existing reports from users
•Designs the new reports with available MIS systems
•Executes modification of existing reports
•Keeps track of reporting change requests

4.Acts as a second line helpdesk for locally managed software and tool

Activities:
•Receives and handles incidents escalated by the Operational Support team







Elvárások / Requirements

•School leaving certificate
•Minimum 3 years of experience with internal exposure or application management and reporting in a Shared Service Center environment
•Knowledge of the company's accounting systems and procedures
•Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications and database handling
•Fluent English in writing and verbally
