On behalf of our multinational partner we are looking for a Payroll/Social Insurance Team Leader.

The main focus of this role is to assure operational excellence in the most efficient manner and to manage and support Payroll and HR Systems related processes. The Team Leader is responsible for building a high performing HR administration and payroll team and proactively support the HR Operational Excellence Manager on HR operational professional fields.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Manage overall operational administration activity and payroll / social insurance
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of bank transfers of monthly and off-cycle compensation items.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Representation for any investigations by authorities
• Work with audit during any investigations and manage reporting
• Provide first level escalation for any issues raised by the team.
• Contribute to the preparation and finalisation of relevant HR Operations and payroll policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers and external service providers.
• Provide leadership and direction for the HR Operations team
• Proactively support development of skills, competencies and knowledge of team members
• Work closely with other team leaders within Europe to ensure that overall operational objectives are met, ideas shared and lessons learnt
• Ensure all processes are compliant with current ISO 9000 accreditation & assist in preparation for future accreditation.


Elvárások / Requirements

• University of College Degree
• Fluent Hungarian and English Language knowledge
• Minimum 6+ years of Payroll, HR Operation experience
• Deep and reliable knowledge in Hungarian labour legislation, payroll and social insurance
• Minimum of 3 years people management experience,
• Proven track people management and ability to multitask
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
