Are you looking for a challenging opportunity in a multinational environment? We are looking for an HR Process and Data expert for the European business support centre of one of the world's largest energy companies.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

As a part of the HR team, you may have the following responsibilities:
-Constantly challenge existing HR processes for possibility of improvement and standardization
-Assist in driving process standardization efforts associated with existing processes and new business integration into HR.
-Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand the HR needs and internal practices to ensure that needs are proactively identified, and solutions meet the unique needs of each stakeholder
-Communicate status, issues etc. to key stakeholders on a regular basis
-Provide trainings for teams on process and reporting specific updates and changes
-Driving the development of standardized reporting to achieve consistency and efficiency in HR and provide consistent reporting to HR management.
-Maintain and operate cross check reports to ensure data quality/ accuracy in HR systems
-Work closely with the HR Operational Excellence team and HR Leadership team to ensure priorities from the business are understood and incorporated into the process and policy strategy and approach

Elvárások / Requirements

In the HR Process and Data Expert role we have the following requirements:
-Workday experience
-Fluent English
-Specializes in a process improvement technique
-Breadth and depth of experience in HR processes
-At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR department (preferably data process improvement or HR controlling experience)
-Strong capability of working independently, taking initiative identifying and resolving issues, managing workload, and handling correspondence
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
-Strong analytical skills, ability to provide constant attention to detail and have ability to apply quality control over a high-volume work with tight deadlines
-Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills
-Track record of effective strategic partnering experience, supporting businesses/functions of some scale, size and complexity
-Analytical thinking
