Our client is a Shared Service Center (SSC) which provides IT Services, business solutions and outsourcing. On behalf of them we are looking for an Head of HR Business Partner with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Strategy Creation and Business Partnership
- Create the long term strategy of the dedicated team including budget planning
- Drive implementation of HR strategy and processes in order to help to meet business objectives

Talent Management
- Implement the Performance Management Process and Talent Management Processes across the units.
- Implement a transparent promotion process which is in line with the guidelines of the company.

Compensation and Benefits, Rewards & Recognition
- Through the Business Partners implements the Compensation strategy.

Legal Compliance
- Provides coaching for the dedicated team in employment contract termination and other labor law related cases
- Ensures that the team has the necessary competence, knowledge to be able to provide the legal related questions of the Business

Employee Experience and Engagement
- Work closely with the Employee Engagement Specialist to define and implement strategic initiatives which increases employee and leadership engagement.
- Drive the implementation of the employee experience strategy of the organization
- Work with leaders and HR Business Partners to develop strategies and demonstrable links between experience and their strategic goals, and design and apply best practices in the concepts and approaches

Leadership Development
- Develop the strategy and give support to senior management in driving the implementation of a change-capable and engaged leadership culture for supporting the employee engagement and other organizational development change initiatives

General Management and Leadership responsibilities
- Leading the dedicated Team
- Coaches the team members based on need and ensures that they are having deepest possible knowledge about their own responsibility area
- Runs the performance management process for the team members
- Prepares strategies and annual budget calculations

Other tasks, responsibilities
- Participating in meetings and trainings, including external conferences as well and implement learnt best practices
- Participating in and providing information, data for audits when needed
- Run communication and information sharing sessions in the above mentioned topic based on need for the relevant audience (e.g. managers, all employees etc.)


Elvárások / Requirements

- Minimum 3 years proven track record as a Senior HR Business Partner
- People management experience
- Advanced English language skills
- Multinational background
