- Assisting and supporting vendor management process
- Assisting and supporting contract registration process
- Assisting and supporting Purchase to Pay processes
- Assisting and supporting Reporting, like Spend Analysis and other reporting tools
- Assist in optimizing and training processes
- Suggests, supports, assists with technical changes emerging from analysis of tooling usage in conjunction with the SAP Ariba DevOps team
- Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders
Elvárások / Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or other directly applicable field or equivalent education/experience. At least 2 years of experience in (Category) Procurement, Vendor Management or Third Party Risk Management
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills requiring a balance of assertiveness
tact and diplomacy, including the ability to write down in manuals, processes, workflows - Ability to succeed under pressure, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work with teams across geographically dispersed locations;
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- PC literate (Excel, PowerPoint mandatory and SharePoint skills and experience would be an advantage)
- Experience with Ariba tooling
