• Ensure crew members are compliant to payroll and labor regulations
• Validate and maintain precise records of compliance documents for crew members
• Administer any additional forms or documents necessary for payroll processing
• Manage and uphold crew start forms, ensuring accurate recording of all required information
• Examine purchase orders (PO) and reconcile them with the production budget, address and resolve any discrepancies that may arise
• Supervise the preparation and administration of crew agreements, ensuring alignment with production policies
• Collect crew invoices, conduct a thorough review for accuracy, ensure proper documentation and approval process
• Coordinate and initiate payment transfers for crew invoices that have received approval
• Collect essential data for EKHO payroll calculation software, provide information to the Statutory Payroll department
• Organize and prepare payroll transfers, ensuring precision and adherence to payment schedules
• Place of work: near filming locations

• Proven experience in payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of labour and payroll regulations
• Proficiency in payroll softwares and MS Excel
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English
• Flexiblity in the location of the work
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and great comunication skills
