Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Perform payment runs (automatic, manual, semi-automatic) 
• Perform vendor and customer refunds, control direct debit payments
• Perform manual payments through various bank platforms
• Perform POB (Payment on Behalf) requests
• Prepare and Control Fund requests 
• Perform Daily-, weekly-, monthly payment related reconciliation
• Follow up open items during the month and as part of month-end activities
• Support Audit requests
• Support system/process changes to fix root-cause of issues, follow up, issue resolution and reporting
• Support Treasury teams in various projects
• Working closely with Bank and Cash team 
• Actively support process improvement in all areas of Payment processes

Elvárások / Requirements

The minimum qualifications for this role are: 

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree 
• 4+ years of experience in similar role
• Understanding and knowledge of the activities of different teams within the GIS organization such as AP, AR, GL, Bank and Cash booking, Intercompany
• This position requires excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• This individual should also possess very strong oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
