    Our prestigious multinational partner is looking for an English -speaking P2P Customer Service Representative (Indirect Team) to join their team and be part of their mission by helping their customers in finding cures for cancer, protecting the environment, or even making sure our food is safe.

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Support the Team leader, assists to manage daily work allocation
    • Addresses process and training questions, requisitions and invoices status, approvals, how to update billing, or locate payment terms, as well as how to do order changes or resolve out-of-tolerance issues
    • Ensure first-class customer experience by leveraging technologies in English
    • Deliver regular open hours/forums to internal customers
    • Deliver Coupa user training
    • Ensure training materials are up-to-date, continuously engage with the Coupa Power User network
    • Prepare, analyze and present key KPI reports to stakeholders
    • Contribute to the creation & maintenance of the Yammer website
    • Contribute to overall supplier base enablement strategy, engage with suppliers and provide technical support
    • Engages with category leaders, process owners, or IT based on documented processes
    • Works with other departments within and with both internal and external customers.
    • Follows established service quality standards and meets established processing times and follow-up actions in accordance with departmental standards
    • Stays abreast of new processes and initiatives within the company
    • Take part actively in the implementation of new project
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • 1-3 years experience in a call center/ customer service or AP queries the environment
    • Working knowledge of Coupa or ServiceNow is a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal skills: communication skills, customer supporting mindset
    • Flexibility
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ‘can do’ attitude
    • Fluent English (+ other European language is an advantage)
