    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Create and follow up on purchase orders
    • Manage purchase order acknowledgements
    • Keep in contact with Albemarle's local purchasing communities as well as with vendors
    • Support activities that help to enhance vendors' purchasing experience with Albemarle
    • Reviews purchase requisitions for proper authorization
    • Analyses, qualifies, and issues purchase orders; follows-up and expedites as necessary
    • Responsible for managing dispute resolution not resolved at the procurement level
    • Monitors blocked invoices to ensure timely payment
    • Responsible for internal and external inquiry management
    • Vendor account creation
    • Accounts Payable invoice workflow management
    • Support and identify with project ideas/continuous improvement initiatives
    • Ability to work for other sites within the region
    • Communicate PR issues (reason codes) to the plants
    • Support root-cause analysis
    • Always process PR's within the pre-defined SLA
    • Make sure to handle all inquiries within the pre-defined SLA
    • Be familiar with the KPI’s of the team
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Fluency in both English and preferably in German or Spanish too
    • Experience in Requisition-to-Pay areas (Procurement, Accounts Payable, etc.) is a plus
    • Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage)

    • College or university degree and/or relevant work experience
    • Proficient in SAP or similar ERP Software
