    Our Partner has an international presence and stable background in distribution of fuel and services for transportation companies.  Their friendly team is looking for an OFFICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join their team with a 2 YEARS FIXED-TERM CONTRACT WITH THE OPTION TO BECOME INDEFINITE if you feel well at the company! 

    Pozíció leírása / Job description

    Development and management of a small and medium-sized company portfolio

    Qualification of ingoing calls and web requests, management of commercial leads by processing, in case of need redistribution to field teams

    Generation and qualification of leads from outgoing calls and own research

    Generate new businesses, upselling campaigns

    Sales presentations through meetings or phone calls

    Usage of CRM system, management of customer contacts

    Assist of after-sales team in on-boarding clients, resolving issues

    Launching communication operations by phone (new services, new stations…)  

    Develop and maintain the relationship and loyalty with the customer portfolio

    Attending trainings, development of relevant knowledge and skills, attendance in sales meetings

    Communication of relevant market, competitor, customer information to the team

    Cooperation with other departments

    Reporting to the managers

    Elvárások / Requirements

    Min. 2 years of experience in inside sales  (telesales, inside sales, sales representative positions)

    Advantage: customer service experience

    Min. secondary education

    Fluent Hungarian knowledge

    Communicative English knowledge

    Advantage: Serbian/Croatian knowledge

    Excellent commercial and negotiating skills

    Team player attitude, ability to work closely with more team members and cooperate with them for the common goal

    Ability to work independently as well

    Ability to work in a demanding and fast-changing environment 

    Adaptive attitude to changes
