    This is a key member of the Transport Management Continuous Improvement Team within the Corporate Logistics Department who will help design, develop, and deploy Best Practices and facilitate consistent usage of SAP S/4, and Transportation Management Module.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for relationships with SAP TM business users, providing worldwide support and designing solutions to meet business process requirements. The aim of the Logistics Business System Analyst is to design, develop, and install an engineered-solution in relation to specific logistics and warehouse business problems. The Logistics Business System Analyst is charged with investigating and installing leading best practices and introducing the overall technical vision for the SAP Transport and Event management solution.

    • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and ability to extract implicit requirements
    • Develop Training and User Support Materials

    • Lead User training, rollout, and on-going support

    • Vision, curiosity, and drive to detect errors and shortcomings in the solution and investigate resolutions to solve  

    • Vision, curiosity, and drive to research future needs and trends, and research technology and applied solutions to solve problems and drive efficiency

    • Ability to design an application roadmap to facilitate a continuous improvement

    • Conduct meetings for all stakeholders at a variety of levels within an organization

    • As directed, work to Independently plan, design and deliver TM / EM process design solutions

    • Act as project or solution lead on implementation projects and manage the oversight of project resources

    • Set up basic, standard, and certain advanced business processes in SAP TM modules as part of Proof of Concept and Rollout to Business Users

    • Prepare Functional Specifications for custom processes, identified in gap analysis

    • Conduct tests for configured business scenarios & developed custom processes

    • Research and analyze supply chain solutions to meet defined service needs as requested by Business, Sales, Customer Technical Service, OTC, PTP, RTP, RTR

    • Participate in Cutover, Testing, Training, Go-Live, and On-going Support of new SAP systems; support new warehouse, transportation processes & resolve issues as part of stabilization period

    • Provides non-technical support during the "go-live" period

    • Design and writing of process designs, procedures, work instructions

    • Investigation and Root Cause Analysis of incidents reported

    • Works with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements

    • Provides advice regarding industry best practices and process methodology

    • Develops and executes test scripts to ensure SAP software consistently meets the business objectives

    • Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity

    • Communicates and/or supports the business cases to Project Management Office and Business regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements.

    • Conducts/leads business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications

    • Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation

    • Creates detailed tasks on overall project plan (i.e., after the project plan is complete, or based on enhancements)

    • Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team

    • Is a thought leader in area of focus and is able to apply that knowledge to customer situations

    • Ensures compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements including but not limited to transport, trade compliance and customs regulations

    • Serves as a functional liaison, attends and contributes to key meetings among stakeholders

    • Understands how the SAP solutions within area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate business processes (ensuring ability to design, execute, and deliver)

    Elvárások / Requirements

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in similar or relevant field

    • 5 years of detailed Logistics Experience to all effective cross-module SAP knowledge to design end-to-end logistics processes

    • 2+ years of operational experience specifically using SAP

    • Preferably 1+ years of operational experience specifically using SAP Transportation Management 8.0 or later

    • Experience with at least one (1) full-cycle SAP Implementation

    • Understanding of SAP, TM, EM of design, configuration, testing, and implementation experience

    • Strong SAP TM Frontline User skills and experience leading workshops and classes to End Users

    • Proficient User of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio

    • Advanced level of English

    • Strong sense of urgency and follow through

    • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

    • Ability to participate in cross-functional, team-oriented environment

    • Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with stakeholders

    • Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership internally and externally

    • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences.

    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required

    • Experienced in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions

    • Ability to work independently and be effective/proactive
