    Pozíció leírása / Job description

    On a day-to-day basis, this position will perform responsibilities such as;
    - Interact with various stakeholders (globally, different levels of management, various skill/knowledge levels)
    - Provide education and awareness including demonstrating the value/benefits of a given policy
    - Provide direct input into policy management activities (updates, additions, deletions)
    - Provide input into related programs and processes
    - Manage to a policy lifecycle schedule

    Core Duties:

    - Day-to-day management of the IT Control Framework and related components (including enabling documentation and authority documentation mapping)
    - Day-to-day management of the business document library (all supporting policies in the firm)
    - Support documentation management including reviews with documentation owners (various types of documents including formal policies, frameworks, procedures and technical)
    - Ensure supporting industry licenses are effectively managed and consumed (e.g., ISO, CIS)
    - Provide support for the issue management and exception programs
    - Provide support for other compliance activities across ICC services
    - Provide support for ICC metrics and reporting

    Tooling:

    - Enable (requirements, testing, documentation, etc.) and leverage tooling (including Service Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM)), including related dashboarding solutions
    - Support general IRM release management activities
    - Creation and management of documentation templates (various MS Office types)
    - Definition and management of supporting in-take processes

    Communications & Reporting:

    - Facilitate working groups and similar sessions to review requirements, changes and other aspects of the process
    - Provide awareness for policy management activities (levering all forms of communication mechanisms including intranets and similar publication sites)
    - Analyze data for trends, improvements and general completeness and accuracy
    - Support dashboarding for operations oversight and program maturity
    - Support general presentations (both policy management and ICC program)

    Elvárások / Requirements

    o Proficient in core MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
    o Passion for documentation management
    o Analytic with attention to detail and quality control
    o Effective communicator (both written and oral)
    o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge
    o Minimum of 2 years related work experience

    Preferred:

    o Familiarity with Service Now IRM module or similar GRC tooling
    o General knowledge of risk and controls
    o General knowledge of regulatory and other control frameworks
    o Business analyst background can be helpful
