    As an HR GENERALIST you will take part in the company’s transformation and be a member of a newly established HR team of young professionals. You will work closely with the business to achieve their goals and support them in HR related matters cooperating with the local HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist and also with colleagues internationally.

    We think mutually it is a perfect match if you have an agile, proactive and cheerful attitude and you are that kind of a person who feels comfortable coming up with improvement ideas where it's required.

    Besides the operation of the entire employee lifecycle, your main tasks will be:

    • Proactively support the company’s local HR department’s activity
    • Participate in all local HR related projects - including their implementation and maintenance (performance and talent management, compensation processes, policy creation, L&D activities, etc...)
    • Strongly cooperate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and supporting the recruitment process on demand
    • Overall manage and administrate the onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Handle the documentation of labor related issues and maintain employee personnel files, following up the changes in the HR software
    • Build and maintain good relationship with colleagues and managers
    • Prepare HR reports based on demand (KPI reporting, HR controlling, compensation etc.)
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Completed Bachelor/Master studies ideally in Human Resources
    • Minimum 3+ years of profound experience in HR related roles (HR Specialist, HR Generalist)
    • Confident knowledge of the Hungarian labor law
    • Fluent English
    • Advanced computer skills, including office applications, experience with SAP Success Factors is an advantage
    • Confident experience approaching candidates and interviewing them, provide guidance to hiring managers
    • Experience in performance management, compensation policies and offer management
    • Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills and good negotiation skills
