    Our Partner is an international group with operation in Budapest. They are involved in designing, manufacturing, and selling our own branded sports equipment and sports technology whilst also driving our sport to the forefront of sports recognition. We are looking for an HR Generalist to be part of their team.

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
    • Being an advisor on HR related matters (evaluations, HR system, policies)
    • Responsible for payroll preparation duties
    • Handling E2E recruitment projects
    • Advertising the openings, engaging, sourcing and selecting talents
    • Taking part in various HR projects
    • Initiating new processes where necessary or improving the existing ones
    • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of HR
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • 2-4 years of experience in HR administration and/or recruitment
    • Fluent English language knowledge
    • University or college degree, preferably in Human Resources
    • Proactive, positive personality
    • Excellent communication skills
