We are looking for a Head of Investment Operations colleague for our partner operating in the financial market.

- Leading, fostering, motivating and developing the subordinated employees, taking into account the changing conditions
- Compiling the annual budget and resource planning on the basis of internal guidelines
- Monitoring the adherence to the plan and - if necessary - take correction measures on target/performance deviation
- Coordinating and setting up order processes, settlement processes and reportings
- Being in charge of establishing workflow procedures with external investment companies
- Being contact person between fund management and external investment companies
- Responsible for the process of reconciliation of derivative holding
- Responsible for the process of monitoring and controlling cash flows
- Optimizing business processes in order to achieve higher efficiency and mitigate operational risks
- Close cooperation with the Op Risk and Head of Back Office
- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent education
- Min. 5 years relevant experience in financial service sector (e.g. Treasury Mid/Back Office, Depositary)
- Fluent English, German is a high advantage
- People management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong cooperation and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel abroad
