Pozíció leírása / Job description
- answer incoming calls to the Service Desk
- supporting internal colleagues and partners via phone and chat
- provide basic administration of Access Management, End User Management, accounts and passwords
- forwarding escalations to the right level
- work in different daytime shifts (no night shift)
- perform as per KPI, SLA, Quality and Objective requirements
- continuous effort to meet high customer satisfaction
- identify any areas of improvement
- fluent German AND English language knowledge both written and verbal
- confident user of Windows and Microsoft Office programs
- interested in technical issues
- problem-solving attitude
- proactivity
- good understanding of processes
- effective way of working
- ability to learn quickly
