• Handle outgoing transactions and identify incoming transfers through online banking.
• Conduct monthly revenue reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the finance team, provide instructions for outgoing invoices, and process incoming transfers.
• Manage outstanding items, liaise with various accounting teams and banks, and handle documentation.
• Archive bank statements, contracts, and other documents.
• Participate in month-end reporting, closings, and year-end audits.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform various accounting and finance tasks.
• Identify procedural inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Keep procedures and manuals up to date.
• Maintain regular communication with the Finance Manager and support corporate finance activities.
• Responsibilities are not limited to the above and may vary with direct manager's guidance.

● University/college degree in finances/accounting/controlling/economics or any similar
● 5 years of experience in relevant position
● Advanced level of English knowledge (both in writing and speaking)
● Literacy with numbers and Excel
