    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Supports daily activities by providing trainings and controlling Customer Services activities
    • Responsible for process improvement initiatives in the Purchasing Customer Service team
    • Focuses on the timeliness and accuracy P2PPurchasing Customer Service processes
    • Providing both special and ad-hoc reports in the functional area and comply with Internal/External Audit guidelines
    • Monitoring all the activities of the Coupa/Supply Connect Power user network
    • Building the network with other P2P departments to find the best solutions
    • Taking part in daily discussions to solve escalations like root causes analysis or remediation actions
    • Ellaborating with the Control and Compliance team by controlling their activities
    • Supporting to the Customer Service including disciplinary actions, coaching and counseling and personal development
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Fluent Engish
    • Communication and training skills
    • Experience in leading continuous process improvement projects
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks
    • 6 or more years prior experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services
    • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or Navision
