- Planning and managing recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign results
- Overseeing company’s career site and suggest improvements
- Creating engaging job descriptions
- Designing and planning recruiting events
- Serving as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- BSc HR / Marketing / PR / Business Administration
- Proven work experience a Recruitment Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and recruitment marketing
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates’ selection methods
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software and HR databases (SAP Success Factors), Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Hungarian and English
