Our multinational partner - as one of the world’s leading suppliers of intelligent automation solutions - is currently looking for a German Speaking Sourcer - EMEA to join their team.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Partner with HR stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (SAP Succesfactors)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the sourcing and interview process.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Elvárások / Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in EMEA sourcing or recruitment, including on the agency side across various sectors
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Fluency in English and German is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
