We are looking for a customer service representative for our partner who is a big player on the Hungarian market in pet food. 

Your tasks will include:

• Daily order taking via telephone, email, webshop & Sales Consultants (from Hungarian retail clients)
• Communication with B2B customers about topics related to business (e.g.: orders, wrong delivery, delayed delivery...)
• Order management
• Stock monitoring
• Collaboration with other departments
• Collaboration with the warehouse

You are an ideal candidate if you:

• have 1-2 years experience in the field of customer service
• speak Hungarian as native and English on an intermediate level
• have exceptional communication skills
• are eager to learn
