- first point of contact for B2B customers
- phone and email support
- ticket logging
- deciding where to direct the client's request
- checking incoming information about client contracts, pricing, etc.
- contacting field engineers, who visit clients on-site for repair work
- coordination of the entire client process
Elvárások / Requirements
● Excellent communication skills in English and in a secondary language
● Ability to prioritize
● Good MS Office skills
● Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
● Detail-oriented working style both individually and in a team
