Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionPerform order to cash business process in a customer centric way
Processing of standard orders/free goods orders while complying with all agreed conditions
Responsible for the administration of delivery notes and invoices
Issuing credit and debit memo to customer in case of any discrepancy
Managing returns and refusals from customer
Follow special requirements for deliveries
Cooperation and daily communication with Customers, Finance Department, Sales Department and 3rd Party Logistics Provider
Preparation of requested CS KPIs reports
Elvárások / Requirements
Experience in a multinational environment or in a customer service related role is an advantage but recent graduates with no professional experience are also welcome
Strong intermediate level English skills
You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
Great problem solving skills
Microsoft Office skills - Excel; PowerPoint
SAP knowledge is an advantage
