    Our Partner, an Automotive Supplier in the Area of Miskolc is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer, who will be responsible for ensuring and improving quality standards and liaising with customers. 

     

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Represent the customer on all related activities within the organization
    • Ensure customer specific requirements and performance are understood and communicated within the organization
    • Collaborate with global and regional commercial, engineering, and quality functions
    • Support customer visits and audits
    • Handle and maintain customer portal in quality related tasks 
    • Monitor and communicate customer performance data
    • Work with all functions of the organization, customers, and suppliers to identify the root cause of product and process non-conformities 
    • Facilitate effective and timely feedback to the customer on concerns, improvement actions, and horizontal deployment 
    • Notify the customer of process change requests (PCRs) and deviations, according to customer requirements.
    • Develop and execute a customer quality improvement plan aligned with agreed objectives and targets (KPI-s)
    • Adherence to the company's product safety policy and procedures
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • University Degree in a technical field or equivalent
    • Problem solving skills (5WHYs, 8D, fishbone, etc)
    • Experience with core quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC)
    • 3-5 years relevant experience in industrial or automotive environment
    • Experience or training with IATF 16949 QM system, analysis tools such as APQP, conducting RCFAs (root cause failure analyses) on products are desirable 
    • Experience in customer portals 
    • Open to travel 
    • Confident use of English, German is advantage
    • Ability to work in a Team
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Proactivity, self-motivation and able to motivate others
