    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Managing non-systematic processes regarding to the orders and logistics
    • Executes order entry onto SAP
    • Manages Bid proposals in SAP
    • Handles query (pricing/technical/availability) to customer in timely manner
    • Clarifies technical issues with customers and factories
    • Takes care of Price management through our internal approval system
    • Set up customers & suppliers in all relevant internal systems
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • 1-3 years of administrative experience
    • Great English knowledge 
    • Knowledge of SAP (or similar system) and MS Office software package 
    • Flexibilty
    • German is a plus
    • Diploma is a plus
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
