Pozíció leírása / Job description- Providing high-quality customer support via phone when a customer makes a motor claim
- Collecting and recording accurate details from costumers
- Investigating and ensuring the validation of the customer claims
- Verifying and monitoring claims to ensure customer satisfactions
- Participating proactively in process development
- Liaising with partners and promoting the the company's claims services
- You have near-native level English language skills
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills
- You have Customer Service background
- You are a quick learner and easily adapt to fast-changing environments
- You enjoy communicating with customers and you are able to empathize
- You are driven to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- You are able to give and receive feedback
- Experience with vulnerable customers and stressful situations is an advantage
- Knowledge of motor claims processes is an advantage
