- Manage the construction project as owner’s representative with challenging agenda
- Lead project meetings and ensure all parties are collaborating effectively and working optimally
- Resolve conflicts between parties and provide innovative solutions for challenging situations
- Participate and contribute in the development of project process, engage with designers and contractors in the projects to continuously find cost efficient and innovative project delivery by optimizing the use of our partners and stakeholder’s competence and knowledge.
- Ensure that project budget estimates and time schedules are in place for input to investment approval purposes.
- Ensure satisfactory hand-over of completed areas for production line build-up in accordance with an agreed schedule and scope.
- Ensure, testing, training, and commissioning of technical and building systems to the facilities co-workers, including all necessary documentation.
- 10+ years experience in construction field, 5+ years in construction management in international engineering company or high ranked local EPC
- University degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
- Understanding of current ICC and ability to understand, interpret and discuss applicable codes and standards.
- Proficient in the use of business software: CAD, Microsoft Office, MS-Project, MS-PowerPoint.
- Experience in procurement processes and contract negotiations.
- Ability to work in teams with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Fluency in English
