Our Partner is a Chinese car manufacturer company with a very classy place in the number of Fortune 500 companies. Besides car manufacturing, they also focus on research and development and commercial activity of cars and commercial vehicles. They put great emphasis on application of alternative energy sources, intelligent vehicle technology and modernization of industrial methods.
The company brought its CEE regional centre into Hungary and sales activity will be led from here. We are looking for a technical service manager for the Hungarian team, who will keep in touch with both the center and the distributors and develop a new system for warranty-related issues that will serve as a basis for the future.
Pozíció leírása / Job description
...- Daily AP activities, ensure all vendor payables, commercial policy claims are booked
and paid - Working capital management, including AR receipts, AP payments, cash forecast
- Monitoring cash movements
- Handling the E-invoicing platform system
- Perform general accounting and reporting
- Assist on develop and implement the business policies and local tax/audit policy
compliance - Assist Finance Manager to complete assigned project and local finance affairs
Elvárások / Requirements
- University/College degree in Finance/Accounting is an advantage but not a must and we are open to other majors
- 3 years working experience in accounting related field
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Work experience in SAP is PLUS
- Customer focused mindset
