• Execute the optimization strategy for biofuel operations across Europe.
• Support the successful execution of the ticket trading strategy in Europe.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the biofuels sector.
• Continuously adjust processes to keep pace with the rapidly evolving biofuel industry.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government entities regarding biofuel declarations, ensuring full compliance with relevant laws.
• Oversee CSO and Emission Trading ticket contracts.
• Manage large, complex data sets from multiple sources to assess real-time positions against various biofuel (sub)mandates.
• Track bio/emissions/CSO volumes and relevant Carbon and Sustainability (C&S) data received or issued through partner agreements.
• Perform advanced price calculations and verifications to enhance the profitability of biofuel activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics / STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) / Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
• SQL skills and advanced Excel knowledge are must-have
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex data structures.
• Outstanding attention to details in a fast paced environment.
• Work with high accuracy under pressure of financial accountability and deadlines.
• SAP experience is a benefit.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural organization.
