We are looking for an HR Manager to expand our team.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positionsmaintains organization staff by establishing and executing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes, talent and succession planning

follows up new employee’s probation periods, integration process, induction program

builds the yearly training plan for the entire organization 

coordinates yearly health/fire/safety examinations/trainings

measures, in co-operation with Randstad Holding employee satisfaction and identifies areas that require improvement

maintains management guidelines 

plans, recommends, implements and manages salary and benefit budgets and pay structure revisions

achieves employee engagement by different measures and tools

works with managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues

represents the Hungarian office in global HR projects and meetings

organizes talent reviews, people survey annual project management, 360 degree feedback 

is responsible for HR documentation

prepares payroll related issues – bonus calculation on quarterly/yearly basis, quarterly and annual bonus payments

as an HR Manager you will be a member of the Hungarian management team and such contributes to all strategic matters of the company.

Elvárások / Requirements

at last 5 years of experience in the field of HR management as HR Manager/HR Business Partner/Senior HR Generalist with recruitment focus

strong analytical skills

experience in recruitment, reward calculation, labor law and HR admin

fluent English language knowledge

can-do-attitude with an energetic personality
